The Mill pension

The Mill pension is in Transylvania, more precisely in the eastern part of Seklerland, in Covasna (Kovászna) county, upon Valea Seacă (Szárazpatak). One can approach it from the direction of Târgu Secuiesc (Kézdivásárhely), 12 kms to the North on the 11B National Highway, or from Miercurea Ciuc (Csíkszereda) on the same route, 57 kms going South.

The pension is surrounded by picturesque landscape, near a bubbling mountain stream and a mill that was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is still in use. The quiet surroundings, the proximity of nature, the homely furniture of our rooms serve to the rest and relaxation of our guests.

Our pension has 22 rooms, which are suitable for the accomodation of 50 persons. The accomodation is possible in rooms of 2 or 3 beds, all rooms have separate bathrooms with shower and toilet. Our visitors can require beside accomodation also full service, or just partial one, breakfast, lunch or supper separately.

It is worth mentioning that at us you can gain insight into the traditional Transylvanian cuisine. Our courses are made according to traditional, centuries-old recipes. At us you can find out how the traditional, Transylvanian stuffed cabbage is made, also the ”tepertő” cake, the liverwurst, peasant soup, the clear soup made of hen, and many other culinary specialties.
